The Halo 2 soundtrack was released in two forms: Volume 1 and Volume 2. Volume 2, which was arranged by Marty O'Donnell himself, sports all the music from the game, including music that wasn't on the Volume 1 disc. Volume 1 was essentially a quick-release, being out in time for Halo 2's launch. Containing a bunch of cuts from the game, it also featured music inspired by the game by such "artists" as Breaking Benjamin and Hoobastank. It also had the epic 4-part "The Odyssey" by Incubus, the first part of which could be heard in the game.
